Krista Wilder, Dental Hygienist
A native of Plainfield, IL Krista attended Prairie State College. Today, she is a licensed registered dental hygienist and community dental health coordinator. She holds certifications in nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Krista started with Grand Dental in March 2022 and serves patients in Naperville.
Outside of the office, Krista has many hobbies, including rollerblading, ice skating, and going to sporting events. Her favorite sports are hockey and baseball. She enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and trying new food. An interesting fact about Krista: her family is Polish, and her grandparents owned two Polish delicatessens in Chicago.
Cathy Zych, Dental Hygienist
Cathy started her career 10 years ago on the South Side of Chicago. Her favorite part about working in Dental is making her patients feel comfortable through building rapport. She enjoys showing patients the before and after and finds it very rewarding when a nervous patient can leave feeling comfortable and good about their visit. In her spare time, Cathy enjoys swimming, roller blading, spending time with her family and being the favorite aunt to 8 nieces and nephews! When not busy with those activities, you will find Cathy working at Soldier Field during concerts and games. Go Bears!
Maritza Fernandez, Office Manager
Maritza first joined our team as a dental assistant. Over the last 12+ years, she has expanded her knowledge of pediatrics, orthodontics, and general dentistry in addition to the front desk side of things. Now, she is proud to combine everything she knows to serve our patients as our office manager! She loves her job because it means she gets to interact with our incredible patients each day.
Maritza has a blended family, and her parents live just three houses away, so she spends lots of her free time on the evenings and weekends with her loved ones. She also loves going to see plays any chance she can (her favorite so far is Wicked). Here’s something you might not know about her: she has a collection of limited-edition Barbies!
